AI disclaimer and no professional advice

Product outputs may be generated or supported by AI systems and may be incomplete, incorrect, outdated, or unsuitable for a specific situation.

The product does not provide legal advice, tax advice, financial advice, medical advice, employment guarantees, or other regulated professional advice.

Users remain responsible for reviewing, validating, and independently assessing all outputs before relying on them.

Credit purchases

Credit packages are sold in USD gross amounts as displayed in the product.

Purchased credits become available only after successful checkout settlement.

Purchased credits are non-refundable after checkout completion.

Purchased credits expire 365 days after purchase.

Consumer withdrawal and mandatory rights

Mandatory statutory consumer rights remain unaffected by the product wording on this page.

Any applicable consumer withdrawal rights and any statutory rules on exclusion or early expiry of withdrawal rights for digital content or digital services are governed by mandatory law and the final checkout implementation.

The final checkout flow must present any legally required withdrawal information and any legally required express confirmations before order completion.

Technical failures, account use, and availability

If credits were consumed and a session later fails because of a verified technical product-side issue, credits may be restored as a credit correction. This is not a payment refund.

Access to specific product areas depends on the active account type, rollout state, and technical availability.

Availability targets, service levels, suspension rules, abuse controls, governing law, and jurisdiction: TO BE VERIFIED.

Consumer dispute resolution

Current baseline position: the operator is not willing and not obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

This position must be reviewed again before public launch if legal obligations, regulated activities, or business commitments change.

The following items still require legal or operator verification before public production use.

  • Legal company name, address, and authorized representative: TO BE VERIFIED.
  • Consumer cancellation / withdrawal wording for the final checkout flow: TO BE VERIFIED.
  • Dispute resolution position and governing-law wording: TO BE VERIFIED.
