Accessibility Statement

Elevate targets an accessible web experience and documents the current implementation baseline without claiming certified compliance.

Last updated: 2026-05-04Back to home

Scope

This statement covers the Elevate web application at interviewacademy.net and its locale-prefixed public, authenticated, billing, interview, coaching, admin, legal, and consent surfaces.

The responsible operator identity and final legal contact details are TO BE VERIFIED before public commercial launch.

Target standard

The implementation target for the web UI is WCAG 2.2 Level AA, aligned with the BFSG / BFSGV context and EN 301 549 as the technical reference for digital ICT services.

Accessibility work is implemented through shared UI primitives, shell navigation, locale-aware public pages, and module-owned product surfaces rather than through a separate one-off UI system.

Current accessibility state

The product is being implemented toward WCAG 2.2 Level AA for core public, authenticated, billing, interview, coaching, admin, legal, and consent flows.

The current baseline improves semantic controls, keyboard operability, live status messaging, legal/footer discoverability, typed input fallback for speech flows, and accessible status treatment. It does not certify full compliance.

Known limitations

This statement is currently maintained as a cautious implementation baseline. Formal legal review and an external accessibility audit are still TO BE VERIFIED before the product claims BFSG compliance.

Known remaining verification items include real assistive-technology smoke testing with VoiceOver, NVDA, JAWS, TalkBack, or VoiceOver iOS, final legal/operator review, and external audit evidence.

Feedback and complaints

Accessibility feedback can currently be submitted through the public contact form. Please include the affected page, the assistive technology or browser used where relevant, and a short description of the barrier.

Complaint handling, response timelines, and operator identity are TO BE VERIFIED during legal/compliance review.

Market surveillance authority

For BFSG market-surveillance matters in Germany, the responsible authority is the Market Surveillance Body of the Federal States for the Accessibility of Products and Services (MLBF).
